I got to live out a childhood dream of playing catch with a major league ball player.  I don’t want to brag but I think it went pretty well!

Darryl Strawberry Goes Deep with Wally

Darryl Strawberry was an amazing major league baseball player who battled many demons, both publicly and privately. Some sports analysts say he could have been even greater had he not had these destructive distractions. I don’t know about that because I am not a sports guy, but I can say I was impressed with his life now and how God is using his story to help others. I loved our conversation and I even got a signed Darryl Strawberry baseball card out of the deal!
